I take a humanistic approach and often draw from Gestalt Therapy, encouraging clients to stay connected to the present moment and reflect on how their experiences shape their lives today. My goal is to help clients build self-awareness so they can better understand their feelings and experiences, and ultimately create meaningful, lasting change.
