Healing begins when you feel safe enough to be vulnerable.

Ages 18+
In-person in Highland Village and virtually anywhere in Texas.

I believe deeply in the transformative power of empathy. It can heal old wounds, rekindle intimacy, repair fractured relationships, and create lasting change. You may feel disconnected from your partner, your body, or even from who you used to be. Past hurt or trauma may leave you struggling to be fully present in relationships or intimacy. I work with individuals and couples to process trauma, rebuild trust, deepen communication, and create more fulfilling emotional and physical intimacy. I also support clients navigating sexual concerns such as desire differences, disconnection, or shame to cultivate experiences that feel safe, connected, and meaningful.

  • You know you’re ready for a change, even if you’re not sure where to begin. Together, we’ll work to uncover the patterns and stories that shape how you relate to yourself and those you love. Healing happens through safety and connection, and I see my role as walking alongside you as you cultivate a sense of wholeness, deepen your relationships, and rediscover intimacy that feels authentic and alive—whether within yourself, in your relationships, or with a partner. You deserve to feel grounded, desired, and deeply connected to yourself, to your body, and to the people you care about.

  • My goal as your therapist is to create a warm and affirming space where you can show up as your full, authentic self. I help individuals and couples understand the emotions and attachment needs that shape their cycles of connection and disconnection. Through this process, we can build new patterns of safety, trust, and closeness. Our work may integrate approaches such as attachment-based therapy, emotionally focused therapy, or EMDR to process trauma held in the body. Above all, you’re invited to bring every part of your story—your emotions, relationships, and desires—and we’ll work through them together with curiosity, care, and intention.

  • My path to therapy began in the classroom. I earned a Bachelor’s in English from Texas A&M University and was a middle school teacher for a few years, an experience that deepened my love for stories and human connection. I later earned a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and have done trainings in EMDR, trauma-informed care, couples therapy, and sex therapy. The greatest learning has come from sitting with clients and bearing witness to their stories.
