As a graduate of Wayland Baptist University with a Master of Arts in Counseling, I have worked with teens, senior adults, military service members, and their families, guiding them through depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, grief, or addiction, I bring a holistic approach that blends proven therapeutic techniques with personal experience to help you achieve balance, self-acceptance, and healthier relationships. I'm committed to creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel supported and empowered.

  • I am a graduate of Wayland Baptist University with Master of Arts in Counseling. I have a diverse background working with a variety of populations including teens, senior adults, and military service members & their families. I have experience in a range of clinical settings facilitating group and individual therapy for the treatment of depression, anxiety, combat and sexual trauma, phase of life/transition problems, low self-esteem/image, relationship discord, grief/loss, spiritual wellness, and co-occurring conditions such as substance abuse and addiction, within inpatient and outpatient psychiatric programs, and private practice.
