We’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your concerns, goals, and any challenges you’re facing. I’ll ask a few questions to learn more about your history and what you’d like to work on. This session is a chance for you to share your story in a safe, non-judgmental space and for us to start building a strong therapeutic relationship. From there, we’ll create a plan together that supports your healing and growth.
-
This depends on your symptoms and goals. After the first few sessions we can come up with a plan together that will include the frequency and duration of your therapy.
-
The Good Faith Estimate, part of the No Surprises Act, provides an estimate of the total expected out-of-pocket costs for clients not using insurance.
You can request a Good Faith Estimate from your healthcare provider before scheduling a service or at any time during your treatment.
For more information about your rights regarding a Good Faith Estimate or to learn how to dispute a bill, visit the No Surprises Act website.
-
We are a private pay provider.
If you have out-of-network benefits, you can request a superbill from your therapist to submit for reimbursement through your insurance.
We decided not to contract with insurance companies so that we can have full control over our client's treatment. We believe that treatment of therapeutic goals should be between a client and their provider. If you have any questions about this please don't hesitate to ask.
