You are welcome here. My approach centers on creating a warm, compassionate space
where you can share your experiences openly. Whether you are navigating a career
change, coping with loss, adjusting to a new medical diagnosis or physical disability, or
facing the unique challenges of womanhood, I am here to walk alongside you. Together,
we’ll face the difficult moments and find a path forward that feels right for you, one step
at a time.

I’m the right therapist for you if you’re ready to make a change and are searching for practical, real solutions to help you move toward your goals.
I specialize in supporting individuals through life transitions, career changes, grief and loss, medical trauma, physical disabilities, depression, anxiety, and more.
-
I provide a safe, hope-filled environment where you can feel at ease. As we work together, we’ll use tools to foster self-acceptance, emotional insight, and a stronger connection with yourself and others.
We’ll set goals and create a treatment plan that is thoughtfully tailored to your needs while moving at a pace that works for you.
I take a whole-person approach, embracing the mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and social aspects of who you are, understanding that they all beautifully intertwine and shape your experience. I use narrative therapy to help you explore and reshape your story, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, person-centered therapy to foster a supportive and empathetic connection, and solution-focused therapy to help you identify concrete steps forward.
I also offer Christian counseling as an option for those looking to incorporate their faith into the therapeutic process.

My training and personal experiences have prepared me to work with clients who are navigating life’s toughest challenges.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University and went on to complete my master's in Counseling at B.H. Carroll Theological Seminary.
Growing up with two sisters, I had the opportunity to learn from the unique dynamics and perspectives that come with living in a household full of female energy.
Spending time around farm animals and dogs gave me a blend of both city and country life that shaped my appreciation for community and the quiet strength of nature.
Having faced my own challenges, including navigating physical disabilities, I have a special heart for working with people who are managing similar struggles. I care deeply about supporting others as they make sense of their inner world and take meaningful steps toward healing and wholeness.
