Whether you are seeking support for yourself or for your child, I believe healing begins with feeling genuinely seen and accepted. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive environment where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe every person has unique strengths, and I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s difficulties and create meaningful change.

I believe that every person experiences the world in their own unique way, and therapy should honor that individuality. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and client-centered.
For adolescents and adults, I draw from an existential perspective, helping clients explore questions of identity, purpose, and meaning. Rather than telling you who you should be, I aim to help you discover who you already are and what matters most to you.
With children, I utilize Child-Centered Play Therapy. Because play is a child’s natural language, it provides a safe and developmentally appropriate way for children to express emotions, process experiences, and build confidence.
My approach is also holistic, recognizing the connection between our thoughts, emotions, relationships, experiences, and overall well-being. Instead of focusing solely on symptom reduction, I work with clients to build lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.

I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Texas Woman’s University. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Sciences from Oregon State University.
My professional experience includes working as a Behavior Specialist in a behavioral health clinic that specializes in OCD and anxiety disorder treatment. In this role, I gained experience supporting individuals in higher-level care.
Additionally, I bring over 12 years of experience working closely with children and families through nannying and childcare roles. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of child development, family dynamics, and the importance of creating safe, supportive environments where children can thrive.
