Whether you feel as though you're carrying the weight of the world, experiencing burnout, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you because of trauma or life's challenges, I am here to walk alongside you. My goal is to see you for who you truly are and help you begin to trust yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create..

You are looking for a genuine human connection and want a therapist who is warm, direct, compassionate, and empowering.
You are ready to move beyond simply talking about your pain and want to actively calm your nervous system, process trauma, and experience deeper healing.
On the outside, you appear strong, capable, and successful, but on the inside, you are struggling with burnout, perfectionism, overwhelm, or the pressure of always holding it together.
You need a safe, open-minded space to explore identity concerns, life transitions, complex cultural dynamics, relationship challenges, or questions about who you are without fear of judgment.
You are ready to move out of survival mode, heal old wounds, reconnect with your purpose, and finally breathe a little easier.

Real healing requires authentic connection.
I will come alongside you and see you as a whole person. Together, we will explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and life experiences in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space.
Our work may involve setting meaningful goals, identifying healthier coping strategies, processing unresolved wounds, or exploring deeper questions about purpose, identity, and direction. Together, we will examine your unique worldview and help you make choices that align with your values, your goals, and the person you want to become.

My professional experience serving in the military and working with at-risk students as a teacher, combined with my academic training and personal life experiences, has given me a diverse and well-rounded perspective. As a veteran, educator, and a human, I understand the vulnerability, courage, and uncertainty that often come with reaching out for help.
Friend, your mental well-being does not have to suffer, and you do not have to face life's challenges alone. My continued training in mental health settings, along with experiencing the loss of loved ones, is part of what drives my passion for this work. I am committed not only to helping you survive difficult seasons, but to meeting you where you are, equipping you with practical tools, and supporting you as you work toward meaningful growth and lasting change.
As I complete my second master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Texas Woman's University, I am honored to continue serving others in this new chapter of life. It is a privilege to walk alongside you and be part of your journey toward healing and wholeness.
