I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel truly seen and heard. I believe in meeting people where they are and walking alongside them as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach to counseling is warm, client-centered, and rooted in trauma-informed care.
I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, offering individual and group counseling tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I have experience supporting clients through trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I value the importance of holistic care and believe healing happens through connection, empowerment, and compassion.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Texas, where I also completed my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My training includes Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma and PTSD, and family/couples counseling. I’ve also received education in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and culturally responsive counseling practices, all of which guide my approach to working with clients across the lifespan.
